Hexa and I camped in the mountain last weekend. It
was very beautiful and very quiet here. The air was
fresh. The location of our camp site was on the top of
hill, so we could see the scenery around us. It was
amazing. It was green everywhere. It was also easy to
get water as it was near a small river. You see the
water is as clear as crystal. We brought a lot of food
from home. There were some noodles, cans of
sardines, soft drink, and biscuits. Hexa brought
cooking utensils for cooking noodle.
0n the first day, we spent our time setting up tent
and exploring the surrounding area. I was happy to
find that there were many campers there. At night,
after we had dinner, we met other campers. We
chatted and played guitar. It was fun meeting people
who had the same hobby. It was not frightening at all
at night in the forest as it was very noisy that night.
We laughed and sang, and some campers even
danced. We went to bed almost dawn. No wonder
we got up late the following day. We hiked with other
campers until afternoon. We did not realize that it
was almost 5 in the afternoon and we had to go back
home soon. It was really nice. I planned to go there
again on the next long holiday. I would ask other
friends to join.

questions 16 to 20
Your body needs energy, protein, minerals,
vitamins, and fibre. In order to get all of these, it is
important to have a varied and balanced diet, and to
eat the right amount of food. Your body “burns” food
to energy : the amount of energy provided by food is
measured in units called calories.
How many calories do you need? This depends
on your weight and on what you do. When you are
asleep, your body uses nearly one calorie an hour for
every kilogram of weight. So a person who weights
seventy kilos uses about 560 calories
while sleeping for eight hours. More calories are
needed for different activities from 100 calories an
hour for reading or watching TV, to 350 calories an

Hexa and I camped in the mountain last weekend. It
was very beautiful and very quiet here. The air was
fresh. The location of our camp site was on the top of
hill, so we could see the scenery around us. It was
amazing. It was green everywhere. It was also easy to
get water as it was near a small river. You see the
water is as clear as crystal. We brought a lot of food
from home. There were some noodles, cans of
sardines, soft drink, and biscuits. Hexa brought
cooking utensils for cooking noodle.
0n the first day, we spent our time setting up tent
and exploring the surrounding area. I was happy to
find that there were many campers there. At night,
after we had dinner, we met other campers. We
chatted and played guitar. It was fun meeting people
who had the same hobby. It was not frightening at all
at night in the forest as it was very noisy that night.
We laughed and sang, and some campers even
danced. We went to bed almost dawn. No wonder
we got up late the following day. We hiked with other
campers until afternoon. We did not realize that it
was almost 5 in the afternoon and we had to go back
home soon. It was really nice. I planned to go there
again on the next long holiday. I would ask other
friends to join.

questions 16 to 20
Your body needs energy, protein, minerals,
vitamins, and fibre. In order to get all of these, it is
important to have a varied and balanced diet, and to
eat the right amount of food. Your body “burns” food
to energy : the amount of energy provided by food is
measured in units called calories.
How many calories do you need? This depends
on your weight and on what you do. When you are
asleep, your body uses nearly one calorie an hour for
every kilogram of weight. So a person who weights
seventy kilos uses about 560 calories
while sleeping for eight hours. More calories are
needed for different activities from 100 calories an
hour for reading or watching TV, to 350 calories an
hour for playing football.
To calculate the number of calories needed
per day for an everage person, first find out the
person’s ideal weight. Then multiply the weight by 40

SPEECH MAKE BY AWINGSANARA

Global Warming

Global warming is one of the most serious challenges facing us today. To protect the health and economic well-being of current and future generations, we must reduce our emissions of heat-trapping gases by using the technology, know-how, and practical solutions already at our disposal.

Tropical deforestation is the largest source of emissions for many developing countries, but slowing deforestation can't solve the climate problem by itself. As forest-rich developing countries step up to take responsibility for reducing their emissions, all industrialized nations should not only support their efforts but, most importantly, reduce their own emissions and lead efforts to avert dangerous climate change.

For years we have heard so much about the causes of climate change, that we’ve missed the fact that there are simple, practical solutions that can slow this growing problem. Technologies exist today that can cut emissions of heat-trapping gases and make a real difference in the health of our planet. And these solutions will be good for our economy, reduce our dependence on foreign oil, and enhance our energy security.

Global warming doesn’t just mean balmy February days in northern climes. It also means increasingly hot days in the summer, and a host of negative impacts that are already under way and are expected to intensify in the
coming decades.

-More heat waves will likely increase the risk of heat-related illnesses and deaths.

-Cities and towns along the nation's major rivers will experience more severe and frequent flooding.

-Some areas will likely experience more extensive and prolonged droughts.

-Some of our favorite coastal and low-lying vacation areas, such as parts of the Florida Keys and Cape Cod, will be much less appealing as sea levels rise, dunes erode, and the areas become more vulnerable to coastal storms.

-Many families and businesses, who have made their living from fishing, farming, and tourism could lose their livelihoods, and others who love hunting, boating, skiing, bird watching, and just relaxing near lakes, streams, and wetlands will see some of their favorite places irretrievably changed.

The solutions to climate change are here and it's time we put them to use. If we get started today we can tackle this problem and decrease the unpleasant outcomes that await us if we do nothing. The steps we need to take are common sense. And, more often than not, they will save consumers money. The cost of inaction, however, is unacceptably high

The scientific consensus is in. Our planet is warming, and we are helping make it happen by adding more heat-trapping gases, primarily carbon dioxide (CO2), to the atmosphere. The burning of fossil fuel (oil, coal, and natural gas) alone accounts for about 75 percent of annual CO2 emissions from human activities. Deforestation—the cutting and burning of forests that trap and store carbon—accounts for about another 20 percent.

Procrastination is not an option. Scientists agree that if we wait 10, 20, or 50 years, the problem will be much more difficult to address and the consequences for us will be that much more serious.

We're treating our atmosphere like we once did our rivers. We used to dump waste thoughtlessly into our waterways, believing that they were infinite in their capacity to hold rubbish. But when entire fisheries were poisoned and rivers began to catch fire, we realized what a horrible mistake that was.

Our atmosphere has limits too. CO2 remains in the atmosphere for about 100 years. The longer we keep polluting, the longer it will take to recover and the more irreversible damage will be done.

Fuel-efficient vehicles. Renewable energy. Protecting threatened forests. These common sense solutions won't only reduce global warming, many will save us money and create new business opportunities.

Best of all, these solutions exist now. We just need to insist that business and government take the necessary steps to make them available and affordable. Then we have to let consumers know what to do and provide incentives to help all of us make better choices.

The following five sensible steps are available today and can have an enormous impact on the problem CO2 remains in the atmosphere for about. . 100 years.
Pemanasan Global

Kami memperlakukan atmosfer kita seperti kita sekali pun sungai-sungai kita.

Hemat bahan bakar kendaraan. Energi terbarukan. Melindungi hutan terancam.

Boulevard Of Broken Dreams
Artist: Green Day
Album: American Idiot
I walk a lonely road
The only one that I have ever known
Don't know where it goes
But its home to me and I walk alone

I walk this empty street
On the Boulevard of broken dreams
Where the city sleeps
And I'm the only one and I walk alone
I walk alone[4x]

My shadow's the only one that walks beside me
My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating
Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me
Till then I'll walk alone

Ah-Ah Ah-Ah Ah-Ah Ahhh
Ah-Ah Ah-Ah Ah-Ah

I'm walking down the line
That divides me somewhere in my mind
On the border line of the edge
And where I walk alone

Read between the lines of what's
Fucked up and everythings all right
Check my vital signs to know I'm still alive
And I walk alone

I walk alone
I walk alone
I walk alone
I walk a...

My shadows are the only one that walks beside me
My shallow hearts the only thing that's beating
Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me
Till then I'll walk alone

Ah-Ah Ah-Ah Ah-Ah Ahhh
Ah-Ah Ah-Ah Ah-Ah Ahhh

I walk this empty street
On the Boulevard of broken dreams
Where the city sleeps
And I'm the only one and I walk a..

My shadows are the only one that walks beside me
My shallow hearts the only thing that's beating
Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me
Till then I'll walk alone!

WE WILL NOT GO DOWN (Song for Gaza)

A blinding flash of white light
Lit up the sky over Gaza tonight
People running for cover
Not knowing whether they’re dead or alive
They came with their tanks and their planes
With ravaging fiery flames
And nothing remains
Just a voice rising up in the smoky haze
:reff
We will not go down
In the night, without a fight
You can burn up our mosques and our homes and our schools
But our spirit will never die
We will not go down
In Gaza tonight
Women and children alike
Murdered and massacred night after night
While the so-called leaders of countries afar
Debated on who’s wrong or right
But their powerless words were in vain
And the bombs fell down like acid rain
But through the tears and the blood and the pain
You can still hear that voice through the smoky haze
:reff
We will not go down
In the night, without a fight
You can burn up our mosques and our homes and our schools
But our spirit will never die
We will not go down
In Gaza tonight
Lirik Lagu Heart Michael Kami Tidak Akan Turun (Lagu Untuk Gazza)

KAMI TIDAK AKAN MENYERAH (Song untuk Gaza)

Sebuah flash cahaya putih menyilaukan
Menerangi langit di atas Gaza malam ini
Orang-orang berjalan untuk menutupi
Tidak tahu apakah mereka hidup atau mati

Mereka datang dengan tank dan pesawat mereka
Dengan berapi-api api melanda
Dan tak ada yang tersisa
Hanya suara naik di tengah asap tebal

: Reff

Want To Spend My Lifetime Loving You
oleh: Tina Arena

Moon so bright night so fine

Keep your heart here with mine

Life's a dream we are dreaming

Race the moon catch the wind

Ride the night to the end

Seize the day stand up for the light

I want to spend my lifetime loving you

If that is all in life I ever do

Heroes rise heroes fall

Rise again, win it all

In your heart, can't you feel the glory

Through our joy, through our pain

We can move worlds again

Take my hand, dance with me

I want to spend my lifetime loving you

If that is all in life I ever do

I will want nothing else to see me through

If I can spend my lifetime loving you

Though we know we will never come again

Where there is love, life begins

Over and over again

Save the night, save the day

Save the love, come what may

Love is worth everything we pay

I want to spend my lifetime loving you

If that is all in life I ever do

I want to spend my lifetime loving you

If that is all in life I ever do

I will want nothing else to see me through

If I can spend my lifetime loving you

Wait me up when September rain

Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
Wake me up when September ends

Like my fathers come to pass
Seven years has gone so fast
Wake me up when September ends

Here comes the rain again
Falling from the stars
Drenched in my pain again
Becoming who we are

As my memory rests
But never forgets what I lost
Wake me up when September ends

Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
Wake me up when September ends

Ring out the bells again
Like we did when spring began
Wake me up when September ends

Here comes the rain again
Falling from the stars
Drenched in my pain again
Becoming who we are

As my memory rests
But never forgets what I lost
Wake me up when September ends

Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
Wake me up when September ends

Like my father's come to pass
Twenty years has gone so fast
Wake me up when September ends
Wake me up when September ends
Wake me up when September ends

Allah is Ghefor Allah is Rahim Allah is the one who loves the Mohsinin,

ibu :ibunyo bertanya kepado sitangkuluak kamu malu dak barjalan degan ibu....
tangkuluak :indak do bu malah sanang hati ambo bajalan jo ibu....
ibu : alhamdullillah ....
tangkulua : nyo mangapo ibu batanyo rupo itu..
ibu : ibu takuik tangkuluak dak mgakui ibu do...
tangkuluak : daklah, ambo sanag bana punyo ibu....

tangkuluak : tngkuluak kamu mau kemana.

No Way!!
